Reverse IT Becomes Part of TRG Following Acquisition

TRG, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital and a global managed services provider focused on the full lifecycle of enterprise endpoints, announced today that it has acquired Reverse IT B.V. (“Reverse IT”), a Dutch provider of mobile device management and enterprise mobility solutions. With this acquisition, TRG strengthens its presence in the Benelux region and further expands its managed mobility capabilities in Europe. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Reverse IT offers a comprehensive suite of services to keep mission-critical mobile devices secure, up to date, and operational. These services include device consulting and procurement, configuration and deployment, centralized management of mobile devices, and repair.
