Three exchanges, one ecosystem
On September 22 and 23, 2026, Flanders Expo in Ghent will be the beating heart of the logistics sector. Transport & Logistics is returning to Ghent, and it’s not coming alone: Logistic & Industrial Build and Empack will also be taking place at the same time. This combination is no coincidence, but a deliberate choice by organizer Easyfairs to physically bring the entire supply chain together under one roof.
The strength of the concept lies in this complementarity. While Transport & Logistics focuses on transportation, storage, and distribution, Logistic & Industrial Build focuses on logistics real estate and infrastructure. Empack rounds out the picture with packaging solutions, from design to filling. Together, the three trade shows offer a comprehensive overview of the supply chain, from packaging to delivery.

For years, Transport & Logistics has been regarded as a leading event in the Benelux logistics sector. The trade show format, which alternates between Antwerp and Ghent, ensures broad market coverage in Belgium and a strong presence in Flanders. The figures from the previous edition in Antwerp speak for themselves: in 2025, the event attracted 12,650 professionals and 320 exhibitors and partners, spread across 20,000 m² of exhibition space. More than 90 speakers and 35 seminars drew over 800 participants.
As a visitor, you can once again expect a wide range of exhibitors and a rich program of knowledge-sharing events. Through initiatives such as Business@Breakfast, in-depth conferences, and thematic seminars, organizer EasyFairs aims to both inspire and provide concrete insights. A Job Day and the Trends Gazellen Awards add extra energy to the program. New this year is LogiLounge, a meet-and-greet event between startups and established companies organized by VIL/LogiVille. The Fresh Food Logistics pavilion and a forklift demo zone are also new trade show initiatives.

The choice of Ghent is anything but coincidental. The city is strategically located in the heart of Europe and serves as a major logistics hub, with direct access to international transportation corridors and ports. This location also translates into a strong and relevant visitor profile.
EasyFairs aims to attract more than 6,000 professional visitors from the Benelux, with strong representation from East and West Flanders, as well as professionals from the southern Netherlands and northern France. It is noteworthy that a large proportion of these visitors have decision-making authority, which makes the trade show particularly attractive to exhibitors seeking high-quality leads and concrete business opportunities.

What really sets this edition apart is the close interconnection between the three trade shows. That integration is further reinforced by the scale on which they take place. Together with Logistic & Industrial Build and Empack, Transport & Logistics in Ghent brings together more than 220 exhibitors and partners from the sector across 15,000 m² of exhibition space.
This year, Empack is also placing a clear focus on packaging solutions for the food industry, which aligns perfectly with the themes of Transport & Logistics. The link between the two trade shows is evident: while one focuses on the movement and storage of goods, the other provides solutions for packaging those goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
This synergy is brought to life through initiatives such as themed pavilions, demo zones, and a Partner Village. Concepts such as the Industrial & Transit Zone also offer visitors an integrated view of the entire flow of goods. Startups are given a platform there alongside established players. This creates a dynamic mix of innovation and experience.

For companies in the supply chain sector, these three trade shows offer a great opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the market, discover new technologies, and make valuable connections—all in just two days. Thanks to a robust program of content, targeted networking opportunities, and a clear focus on current topics, you’ll return to the office with valuable insights and interesting leads.
