For years, the JumboFlex has been the right choice when it comes to moving workpieces up to 50 kilograms ergonomically and safely. The new design has further optimized the vacuum lifter. The new operating lever is even better adapted to different hand sizes. Both large and small hands work fatigue-free with the new JumboFlex.

Also new are the two control buttons that replace the one-button operation. They control the up and down movement and are intuitive to use, allowing new users to work even faster and position the hose lifter accurately. If necessary, loads can be brought to a stop at any height for any process steps. For example, labels can easily be applied or checks performed. Fatigue-free work thus becomes very easy.

The quick-changer allows the handling of different workpieces without interrupting the process. The end effector can be slid into the holder with a simple movement. A simple pinch mechanism unlocks the gripper, allowing quick changeovers and preventing accidental release. Should the gripper not lock properly, the operator receives a visual warning. A rotary mechanism allows the workpiece to rotate 360 degrees or be locked in 90-degree increments.

When configuring the JumboFlex, users can choose from different versions. For example, a swivel function is available for the gripper, which can also pick up the workpiece from the side. An optional display, operated via a foil keypad, informs the operator about the weight of the goods, for example in the version with weight control. This saves companies additional weighing work, especially when picking goods.
