ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next focus specifically on the growing interconnection between intralogistics, automation, and digitization. Corien den Ouden, exhibition manager at Jaarbeurs: “Technology is playing an increasingly important role in the logistics sector. That is precisely why we bring these worlds together every year.” During the 2026 edition of the event, November 3–5, innovation will take center stage. This will be evident on the exhibition floor, in the theaters, and within the innovation zone, which will feature startups, scale-ups, and the innovation stage.
The combination of software, logistics, automation, and intralogistics solutions makes ICT&Logistiek and Logistica Next a well-attended meeting place for the industry in the Benelux, says Den Ouden. “What sets us apart is the powerful combination of a versatile exhibition floor with seven themed theaters and a Main Stage, along with content that’s freely accessible to visitors.” That combination helps visitors make targeted choices in a market that is evolving at breakneck speed. “There are roughly two types of visitors: those who enter the exhibition floor with a shopping list and those who are looking for inspiration or a specific solution but are surprised by the many possibilities.”

For visitors looking to explore new solutions or developments, the knowledge sessions in the theaters offer a helping hand. Den Ouden: “The sessions help visitors better understand trends, technologies, and real-world case studies. With those insights, you can then engage in much more targeted conversations with suppliers on the exhibition floor.” According to her, it is precisely this combination of knowledge sharing and networking that makes a trade show visit effective. “At the same time, there’s still room for serendipity. We regularly hear from visitors and exhibitors that it was actually an unexpected encounter that led to a solution or collaboration they hadn’t been looking for in the first place.”
In addition to the open-access knowledge sessions, visitors can participate in guided tours. TLN is one of the co-organizers of these tours. These tours offer an accessible way to gain insight into a specific topic, technology, or market development in a short amount of time. “The tours are ideal for visitors who want to quickly delve into a topic or meet a selection of relevant companies,” said Den Ouden. “Based on that initial introduction, you can then explore the topic in greater depth with exhibitors who align with your specific challenges or ambitions.” The comprehensive content program will be available on the website starting September 1.

Visitors coming to the trade show with a specific question or investment plan can turn to more than 300 exhibitors this year. Startups and scale-ups will have a prominent spot within the innovation zone in Hall 9. There, the Innovation Stage will offer inspiration and insights into the latest innovations, while visitors can experience logistics technologies and applications up close and in person at the Demo Hub.
“With the premium ticket, visitors enjoy fast-track entry and priority access to the knowledge sessions. They also gain access to a special networking area, and we facilitate targeted meetings with keynote speakers. The networking reception on Wednesday afternoon is new this year and remains open to all visitors to the trade show.”

Growth with an Eye Toward Industry Trends For the 2026 edition, the organization expects approximately 10,000 visitors, compared to over 8,500 during the previous edition. To remain relevant to the market, the event explicitly addresses current and future developments within the logistics sector. A new addition is the Energy & Estate Pavilion, which addresses issues surrounding the energy transition, grid congestion, and their impact on logistics operations and real estate.
“We’re seeing these topics move higher and higher on the agenda,” says Den Ouden. “With the new pavilion, we’re offering visitors and exhibitors a place where knowledge, innovation, and practical experience related to these challenges come together. It’s an environment where professionals can find inspiration and discuss solutions for the future.”

Once again this year, the trade show welcomes a large number of loyal exhibitors who have been participating for many years. Among them are well-known names such as Syncore—which is exhibiting under its new name for the first time at a trade show in the Netherlands—Actemium, Toyota, Jungheinrich, STILL, and Motrac. At the same time, several new exhibitors are making their debut, including Heripack, Signode, Nipper, Agilox, Rotra Air & Ocean, Logivations, and Nokavision.

“The combination of trusted market leaders and innovative players is what makes the offerings on the exhibition floor so strong,” said Den Ouden. “Some exhibitors are presenting new products or services, while others are introducing visitors to innovative concepts and technologies that are being showcased at the trade show for the first time. The wide variety of exhibitors, innovations, and practical solutions offers plenty of opportunities for knowledge sharing and new collaborations.”

The logistics sector is constantly evolving. New technologies, changing market challenges, and innovative solutions are emerging at a rapid pace. Den Ouden: “That’s why ICT&Logistiek and Logistica Next are once again bringing the entire supply chain together—from technology providers and software vendors to logistics service providers and shippers. For anyone who wants to anticipate the future, gain knowledge, and make valuable connections, November 3, 4, and 5, 2026, are the dates to mark on your calendar right away.”
