During transport, a pallet is subjected to significant forces caused by braking, acceleration, and turns. An unstable load increases the risk of product damage, delays, and additional costs in the logistics chain. During the tests, loads are subjected to forces of up to 0.8G, in accordance with the EUMOS 40509 guideline for pallet stability. A high-quality Basler camera and specialized analysis software are used to accurately record and evaluate movements. The results are compiled into a comprehensive analysis report with specific recommendations for further optimizing packaging processes.
