Efficiency on the square meter

The systems excel where space is most limited: deep inside containers and truck holds. They are ideally suited for non-palletized and unsorted goods. While products are fed continuously through the belt, the team at the end of the line can sort and palletize directly.

The figures speak for themselves: with a throughput of only two containers per day, the machine pays for itself in less than two years. In addition, overtime surcharges decrease during peak hours and loading dock utilization improves significantly.

Ergonomics down to the smallest detail

The strength of the system lies in its flexibility. A movable platform lifts the worker to a height of nearly 70 centimeters, putting any package, from floor to ceiling, within reach. The system head moves in all directions and adapts to the container wall. In the process, operation is intuitive: levers on either side allow manual side adjustment, while a simple twist adjusts the belt height for an ideal ergonomic position.

With a conveyor that moves loads up to 75 kg at a speed of 3.7 meters per second, the systems achieve an impressive capacity of 2,000 boxes per hour. The operator easily controls the unit via a clear console and moves the self-propelled machine effortlessly from dock to dock.
