What skills will soon be indispensable in logistics?

The labor market is under pressure. But is this today purely due to the shortage of profiles - or do we sometimes look too narrowly at experience, diplomas and job titles? SD Worx Jobs is launching a short survey around Future & Transferrable Skills with employers in logistics, food and manufacturing/industry.

With this survey, we want to better understand which skills are really decisive in recruitment today, where organizations are colliding with skill gaps, and how employers are looking at soft skills, learning ability and mindset in addition to traditional selection criteria.

Your input helps us gather reliable, data-driven insights that we will share in a broader campaign around skills-based work this fall.
