On February 1, 2024, Harald Schröpf received his successor as CEO at TGW's headquarters in Marchtrenk. With the official handover of the baton to Henry Puhl, the intralogistics specialist TGW Logistics begins a new chapter in its more than 50-year history.
Before joining TGW Logistics, Henry Puhl was Chief Executive Officer of the KION Group and before that he worked for such prestigious international companies as the CLAAS Group and John Deere (Deere & Company). The 53-year-old manager can look back on an impressive international track record in industrial technology and automation.
Philosophy of the foundation as a framework for action
"I am very excited to get started in my new position. As a foundation company, TGW Logistics has a unique set-up in which performance plays a central role, but in which there is also a lot of room for people's individuality. This is in line with my understanding of leadership, in which trust, empowerment and attention are equally important." says Puhl. "The 'idea TGW' and the basic philosophy 'Focus on People - Learning and Growth' form our framework for action and lay a strong foundation for the future."
The departing CEO Harald Schröpf has had a decisive influence on the direction TGW Logistics has taken. He is retiring at his own request. His commitment and successful work are greatly appreciated.
