Swedish manufacturer of vibratory rotators and quick couplings introduces new service partners

The number of users of vibratory rotators and quick couplings is increasing rapidly. Vservice from the Belgian town of Aalst and DRS machinery from the Dutch town of Someren are therefore the two new service partners of Steelwrist. They will assist users of tiltrotators and quick couplings of the well-known Swedish company with repair, maintenance, overhaul, inspection, as well as advice on purchases.

Alain Janssen has been active in sales for the Belgian branch of Steelwrist Benelux since last year. He sees the interest in tiltrotators and quick couplings growing rapidly. Alain is very pleased that Vservice will support him in the sales process. Vservice is conveniently located between Ghent and Brussels. The sister company of Aalst Verhuur and Vking is entirely focused on service: repair, maintenance, spare parts, installation, both from the workshop in Borsbeke and on location, 24/7. Director Jo De Coninck has a well-equipped truck driven especially for this purpose. It is 100 percent operational, with not only spare parts but also, for example, a hose press installation on board. Alain Janssen has every confidence in Vservice: "They are definitely going to provide good support for our Steelwrist portfolio and that gives me the space to start acquiring even more new customers."

Steelwrist

Due to the rapidly growing number of users of tiltrotators and quick couplers, Steelwrist Benelux has appointed two new service partners, one in Belgium and one in the Netherlands.

New southern service partner
Tom van Baars is Steelwrist area manager for the Benelux. In the Netherlands, he has now added a second service partner. In addition to the rather northern aftersales technician in Bant (Flevoland), a southern service branch has now been added: DRS machinery, a partnership of Rick Swinkels of Swinkels machinery and Daan Coolen of the construction company Metaal & Techniek of the same name in Mierlo. DRS machinery - which stands for Daan Rick Service machinery - was created specifically for the Steelwrist service partnership.

Rick Swinkels expects substantial growth and points out the need for maintenance and inspection: "It is striking that we maintain our cranes every year, but not our turntables. They are rarely inspected and are neglected when it comes to maintenance, even though it is an expensive piece of equipment. I always make the comparison with the teeth in your mouth. If you want to keep eating well, it is best to maintain them well. The same goes for the equipment you want to work nicely with."
