KNAPP Benelux proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary this year, marking a quarter century of innovation, strong partnerships and continuous growth in intralogistics automation in the Benelux. Since its foundation in 2001, KNAPP Benelux has grown from a small local organization to a trusted partner in system integration for leading companies in retail, healthcare, food, e-commerce, fashion and manufacturing.
Over the past 25 years, KNAPP Benelux has worked with its customers to create groundbreaking solutions in warehouse automation, robotics and software. With a strong focus on innovation and customer orientation, the company has played an important role in shaping today's logistics sector.
“25 years is a real milestone and I have had the pleasure of being involved in it since 2011. In that time we have completed numerous projects in the Benelux, which has contributed to the enormous growth of our organization. That is wonderful, of course, but what I am most proud of is the team spirit we foster here in the Benelux and within KNAPP as a whole. That spirit forms the basis for further growth and continued success in the next 25 years,” said René Wolters, Managing Director.
KNAPP Benelux has grown not only in projects and technology, but also in people. When the company started, it had a small team of 2 employees, today it has a strong and diverse team of over 130 professionals, working as engineers, project managers, service specialists and a local sales team. This growth reflects customer confidence and KNAPP's ambition to continuously invest in talent and knowledge. Employee development, long-term careers and a strong company culture have been important factors in providing customers with consistent quality and reliability. The team continues to grow to meet the increasing demand for innovative solutions in the region.
KNAPP Benelux remains committed to supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from consulting and system design to implementation and long-term service. “Our customers are under increasing pressure due to labor shortages, sustainability goals and rising expectations from their end customers. Therefore, the focus remains on future-proof automation solutions with subsequent provision of excellent services” says René Wolters. The company continues to invest in digitalization, AI-driven logistics and scalable designs that support customers' long-term growth.
