Lebotec creates confidence through extensive experience in foundation industry

For more than half a century, Lebotec BV from Wijchen has been active in the Dutch foundation industry. Keywords are 'customization' and 'experience'. At the same time, innovative solutions to customer questions are steadily being worked on. Special attention is now also given to the concrete pump on caterpillar, because its practical value is still underestimated.

Ask director/owner Jacques Bouten what is currently in the spotlight and he will point to the need for a sustainable energy supply, but also the ever-increasing role that digitalization will play. Customers are asking for a lower carbon footprint of machines to meet future emission requirements. Lebotec is responding to this with, for example, the electrification of small piling and drilling rigs.

For outputs up to 75 kW, these are powered by a battery pack. Larger capacities up to 125 kW require the connection of a genset. But whatever the demand, we always look for the best solution together with the client. This ranges from a standard machine to full customization and everything in between.

Convenient registration system

Jacques also points to the optional incorporation of Lebotec's patented automation and recording systems. These can ensure higher production and lower fuel/energy consumption, with the added benefit of less concrete loss when making in-situ foundation piles. There are systems for both drilling and pile driving. The Concrete Screw Pile Registration System introduced by Lebotec back in 1993 has more than proved its worth in practice.

It includes an advanced Black Box, a touchscreen control panel and an acoustic display of concrete flow. Recorded data include depth, concrete pressure, winch torque and winch speed, drilling torque, drilling speed and x/y axis to lead position. All data are automatically transmitted in real-time via a GPRS connection to a Data Management System accessible day and night (via secure login) and are also downloadable on a memory stick.

Indispensable concrete pump

Concrete pump BP 100 is specially focused on the foundation market, because equipped with a tracked undercarriage. Via radio control, the machine can be operated entirely remotely - useful in poorly accessible terrain - with the concrete pump operator guaranteeing the supply of the concrete mortar. The tracked concrete pump also makes itself indispensable by performing important ancillary tasks such as refueling and storing/transporting all kinds of materials, such as the trestles in which the auger drills are stored. Furthermore, the LBP100 has an external diesel tank, a high-pressure sprayer with water tanks, a generator with 230/400-volt connection and a 12 kW compressor.
