RELEASE UNI-CONNECT MEET APP!

With the UNI-GR1 anyone can digitally measure a point themselves, with centimeter accuracy! Whether you're measuring a fiber optic cable, gas line, water line, manhole cover, intersection, tree or lamppost; with the UNI everyone gets it done easily. In addition to the integrations that already allowed you to easily measure in GeolinQ from IntellinQ, Cocon by SpeerIT, Infrakit, ArcGIS, MyCumulus, Pythagoras, Geostruct, Apglos and much more can now be measured in the UNI-Connect environment!

During the summer we worked hard on a simple measurement tool that allows anyone to easily save points, attach a label to the point and easily export it. As you can see from the sneak preview above, we have built this functionality into the well-known UNI-Connect interface which runs for free on UNI and works on any device with a browser! Whether that's an Android tablet, windows computer or iPad, because of the responsive interface it even works easily on a smartphone!

The surveying tool is released in beta version to all users this week and has the first basic functionality; measuring points, labeling them and exporting them in CSV on the SD card. In subsequent weeks the tool will be continuously updated with more functionality such as measuring lines, polygons, plotting, sync with the UNI-Cloud, exports in other formats such as DXF and much more!

The flexible design of UNI-Connect allows us to release these new features almost weekly with free over-the-air updates so that you can enjoy free new features without having to wait long! Besides releasing the new features easily, this way we can immediately integrate user feedback into subsequent versions so we can all build a simple tool to make new measuring even more fun! DEMO DRINKS IN HILVERSUM TOMORROW!

After the success of the first marXact Demo Drinks, tomorrow is the second edition at our headquarters in Hilversum! We have quite a few registrations, which is why we are starting this edition even earlier, leaving room for more questions, initiatives and networking.

Tomorrow at 1 p.m. we will put our work down, put some UNIs outside and welcome you with a beer, soda or coffee to answer all your questions about UNI and digital measurements. We'll also be showing off the new UNI-connect measurement app!
