Jorn Bruyninckx appointed Business Development Director for Panattoni Belgium

Logistics real estate developer Panattoni announces the appointment of Jorn Bruyninckx as Business Development Director for Panattoni Belgium. With this appointment, Panattoni strengthens its position in the Belgian real estate market and confirms its ambition to further expand its presence in Belgium. Jorn Bruyninckx brings with him an impressive track record and extensive experience in the real estate sector. For example, he built an impressive career as Head of Portfolio Management Benelux and was also active in France and Italy, among others, for an international developing investor. From 2018, as Development and Real Estate Manager, he turned his focus entirely to Belgium. In this role, he was responsible for managing the Belgian portfolio and the development of various logistics projects.

Jorn Bruyninckx will focus at Panattoni Belgium on identifying, acquiring and developing new suitable business locations for logistics and industry, among others. In addition to established sites, his focus is on developing new regions and industrial redevelopments (also known as brownfields). This allows Panattoni to offer an alternative to regions in Belgium where development opportunities are more limited.
