New name for AM, Lalesse and Reesink Logistic Solutions
Since the LogiMAT fair in Stuttgart, Syncore has been the new name under which AM, Lalesse and Reesink Logistic Solutions hide. That event was the logical moment for the announcement, according to Machiel van den Hazelkamp. He himself succeeds Gert Bossink as of June 1, 2026, becoming the new CEO of the integrator that is on the eve of a growth spurt.
Syncore replaces three names for as many operating companies. According to Van den Hazelkamp, the new name stands for harmonious and synchronized logistics business processes at customers. “For us, more than ever, this is an opportunity to build bridges between the various types of solutions we can offer and the separate or simultaneous deployment of these solutions in order to unify business processes at customers. Here, our in-house developed WCS, LogiCS, plays a central role as an orchestrating software layer that controls and integrates all systems into one efficient working whole.”

Over the past few years we have been working step by step toward the new name and what this means for the existing operating companies. “Regarding the latter: for our employees, not much will change, they were already working closely together. For customers, it means working with one partner who takes end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation and management of intralogistics solutions,” said Van den Hazelkamp. He continues: “One customer has so far had more of AM or of, for example, Lalesse in house, soon that difference will no longer be there. In addition, we now have more opportunities to work more customer-oriented as a single supplier and to think out solutions for customers. Our orchestrating software will play an increasing role in offering a total solution where the end customer uses one interface for complete control and insight into all logistics processes.”

Initial reactions to the new Syncore name have been positive, says Van den Hazelkamp. “Visitors particularly appreciated the clear positioning as an integrator and the recognizable, future-oriented look of the brand.”
Something that also received plenty of attention at LogiMAT is the cooperation between Syncore and partner Sereact. Both parties want to take the existing activities to an even higher level. Van den Hazelkamp: “The goal is to roll out more than a hundred AI-driven robot systems to existing and new customers in the coming years. The deployment of AI enables robot picking processes to be more flexible and scalable, especially in environments with a high variation in products. The more systems use AI, the smarter and more efficient the overall operation becomes.”

Whereas the integration of AM, Lalesse and Reesink Logistic Solutions - ratified with the name change to Syncore - was still under the leadership of Gert Bossink, it is now up to Van den Hazelkamp to build on this foundation and lead the organization into its next phase of growth. The current CCO will take over as CEO as of June 1. He sees his main task as further developing Syncore into a leading, customer-driven integrator. “The new name helps us to come out as one organization, but the real value is in how we serve our customers. That requires continuously thinking from their perspective and translating this into scalable and future-proof intralogistics solutions.”
“If we do this consistently, I am convinced that we will not only accelerate our growth in the coming years, but also further strengthen our position in the market. Doubling sales within three to four years is a realistic goal in this regard.”
