History

David Hart started in logistics real estate in 1995 with his first hall in Rotterdam's Waalhaven. With a fresh perspective - David comes from the automotive industry - on developments in the logistics sector, David steadily built up his portfolio and turned DHG into a solid company. Quick action, solution-oriented, flexible and hands-on typify the approach and form the basis of success. Even today these are still the core values of DHG.

In recent years, DHG has grown into a leading independent investor and developer with a real estate portfolio of over 1 billion euros. DHG has multiple participations in a variety of companies.
