Trade show organizer Easyfairs decided to do so in consultation with its exhibitors. "We noticed in the recent period that more and more exhibitors were concerned about their participation because of the corona developments. It is our job to listen to the infrastructure sector and think with them. For that reason, we have taken stock of our current exhibitors regarding the continuation of Infra Relatiedagen on the current date or to move it to 2022. This showed that a large majority choose to move their participation to 2022. By mutual agreement it has therefore been decided to move the fair," says Roos op't Holt on behalf of Infra Relatiedagen.
Op't Holt: "In recent weeks, the corona situation changed at lightning speed. Right now there is even a ban on fairs and events. We fully understand this, because we need to get this virus under control as soon as possible. We also expect the measures aimed at minimizing personal contacts and travel movements to remain in place for the time being. These measures raise too many concerns about visitor arrivals and the health of exhibitors, visitors and our own employees. This also changed the sentiment among the exhibitors and we understand this like no other. Hence, we jointly decided to move the fair to 2022."
The next edition of Infra Relatiedagen will be at Evenementenhal Hardenberg on February 1, 2 and 3, 2022. The exhibition floor annually has about 350 exhibitors, visited by approximately 16,000 infrastructure professionals. This makes Infra Relatiedagen the largest networking and knowledge event in the Northeast Netherlands for the ground, road and water sector. For more information: www.infrarelatiedagen.nl.
