Isocab Construct group is a leading player in the installation of conditioned panel structures, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings for the food and logistics sector. Whether fitting out new construction or renovating existing buildings, from smaller spaces to 52 m high-rise projects, Isocab Construct and HOSA deliver quality that meets the stringent requirements of the industry.
For years, Isocab Construct and HOSA have been reliable partners for companies investing in future-proof, efficient storage and production solutions. They work with specialized partners, such as Kingspan for panels, and Cool it and Salco for doors. With other partners, this is done for impact protection, stainless steel drainage and tracks for hanging meat, among other things. "In this way we want to be able to offer as complete a package of products and applications as possible," says Lieven Vandeputte, technical sales representative. "Our responsibility does not end with the delivery of the building. With our internal service department for aftercare, we strive to be a reliable, long-term partner for our customers, also for repairs."
Craftsmanship is at the heart of Isocab Construct. "If necessary, we create a full 3D design for the project, after which the installation is carried out to the millimeter. This attention to detail enables us to deliver high-quality solutions even under the most challenging conditions. Our experience and creativity ensure that we do not shy away from any challenge."
The some 200 mechanics employed represent a wealth of technical know-how. This leads to long-term collaborations with reference customers such as Colruyt. "We have built not only cold-storage and freezer rooms for this retailer, but also logistics facilities, such as in Bornem. There, a large refrigerated freezer warehouse acts as a transfer point for their distribution. We are currently finalizing a production facility for cutting and packaging cheese. In the past, we have also had the opportunity to help build the meat plant, Vlevico, and the salad plant of Colruyt."
For years, Isocab Construct and Hosa were each other's competitors. In 2022, they joined forces to expand and strengthen service to the customer base. However, both brand names remained. Isocab Construct and HOSA share offices in Ingelmunster.
