A customized solution for every challenge

The new series of innovative progressive lubrication systems, best described as "modular," will change the market for automatic lubrication systems forever. The extensive capabilities and the brand new concept ensure a lubrication system that meets the specific needs of use. For example, the control unit is available in two versions: without advanced functionality (GPA) and fully controllable (GPA+). In addition, the core of the system is available in two versions: 12-volt and 24-volt. The paddle, cartridge and tracking piston reservoirs are available in different capacities. In addition, all components are interchangeable. As a result, Groeneveld can offer the basic version of an automatic lubrication system ex-factory and the OEMD, dealer or end user can upgrade it with a more advanced control unit if desired. Such a replacement takes only a few minutes and can easily be performed by the customer's technicians. Groeneveld's new offering thus ensures that a suitable system is possible for every specific application.

Substantial benefits

The GPA and GPA+ are specially designed for ex-factory mounting on medium-sized wheel loaders and excavators and similar applications and offer significant advantages. Installation and maintenance is very easy due to the modular concept. The GPA with a paddler tank is the standard version, while the GPA+ with tracking piston allows the customer to monitor and program the system with the integrated push buttons. For rental companies, the GPA+ with cartridge is the perfect system, as it offers full control and a new cartridge can be easily refilled on the go.

Limiting downtime and costs

Groeneveld is also showing its other products at Matexpo, all focused on reducing downtime and costs while improving uptime. Groeneveld Twin is the ultimate system for lubricating heavy applications such as large wheel loaders, dump trucks and excavators. The TriPlus has up to three independently operating lubrication circuits and the Twin XL is the perfect lubrication system for the largest earthmoving machines.
