Rototilt expands its QuickChange™ program into the compact segment

Rototilt is expanding its next-generation quick coupler range with three more new sizes: the QC45-4, QC 45-5 and QC60-4 with delivery starting in May 2021.

We now offer QuickChange™ for the R3 to R8 pivot attachments and in the QuickChange machine quick couplers for excavators in the 6 to 32 ton range. The award-winning SecureLock™ safety solution is now included as standard. This reduces the risk of accidents with incorrectly coupled machine quick couplers by continuously monitoring the tool lock in the machine quick coupler and pivot attachment.

"We see a clearly increased interest in fully automatic quick-change systems among users of compact machines. With the introduction of the QC45-4 and QC45-5, we can now offer the latest technology for these machines as well," says Product Manager Sven-Roger Ekström.

Rototilt QuickChange™ for machine quick changes, swivels and attachments allows you to change hydraulic and electronic attachments without leaving the cab. QuickChange™ is based on the compact and very robust S-standard. QuickChange™ is part of the Open-S standard, which ensures compatibility between different manufacturers for the hydraulic interface between machine quick couplers, swivels and attachments.

With Rototilt QuickChange™, you have the ability to quickly disconnect the pivot attachment when the pivot is not needed. Your excavator becomes a full-fledged tool carrier that allows you to get the job done faster, smarter and more accurately.
