At LogiMAT 2025, Bobcat will showcase its extensive portfolio of products for logistics and material handling: diesel and electric forklifts, order pickers and warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks and stackers. A number of interesting new developments will also be presented at booth B57 in Hall 9: new lithium batteries, a new warehouse equipment series (Class 3) and a new 3-wheel counterbalance forklift series with lithium battery.
At LogiMAT, Bobcat announces the launch of a new series of Li-ION batteries, which will be available with different capacities. The technology for these reliable batteries was developed by Bobcat itself and will be used for all series of electric lift trucks.
Lithium batteries last 2 to 3 times longer than lead-acid batteries. They recharge quickly and efficiently, allowing work to continue at all times. Plus, with a 5-year/10,000-hour warranty and full integration with the forklift, Bobcat lithium batteries deliver lasting value for any application.
The main specifications of the new batteries are:
For the new battery series, Bobcat is also introducing new Li-ION chargers. The chargers are optimized for fast and reliable charging, so batteries are quickly full and equipment can be used longer.
Bobcat is adding three new product series to its portfolio of warehouse equipment. In addition, Bobcat's LSM12N-7 and BSL12/16N-7 stackers are now available with first-lift versions and lithium batteries.
The new line of warehouse equipment consists of the following models:
The new BPM16/20N-7 pallet trucks are the perfect solution for various applications in small and medium-sized businesses, manufacturing plants and warehouses. The long control arm allows for ergonomic operation. As a result, less effort is required while the operator maintains an optimal distance from the pallet truck. Top quality components, strong construction, a travel speed of 6 km/h and easy maintenance make the pallet trucks in this series reliable partners for logistics operations.
With a travel speed of 8 km/h, the BPR20/25N-7 platform pallet trucks are made for optimal horizontal transport over longer distances. Equipped with electric power steering (EPS), these pallet trucks offer ergonomic and safe operation. The suspended collapsible platform minimizes body vibration and the protective side arms provide additional stability and protect the operator during turning movements. For walk-behind mode, the platform and arms fold into the pallet truck's storage compartment.
The BSR12/16N-7 platform stackers have capacities of 1.2 and 1.6 tons. Designed for high efficiency, they excel in operations where heavy loads need to be stored or picked. The ergonomic, suspended and foldable platform with protective arms greatly improves operational efficiency. The pallet trucks can lift up to a height of 5.5 meters and are also perfect for operations at longer distances.
Thanks to the robust 8 mm. thick metal guard, strong chassis, durable mast, metal battery cover and components from leading suppliers, these models reduce maintenance costs and are guaranteed to always be ready for professional use. The EPS system and proportional lift function ensure smooth and effortless stacking.
Bobcat is also introducing at LogiMAT the BNT series of 3-wheel Li-ION forklifts designed for light to medium duty applications. The three models, the B16NT, the B18NT and the B20NT, offer a cost-effective, environmentally friendly solution - adapted to the growing electric forklift market. The new series is a great addition to Bobcat's counterbalance electric range.
Excellent stability during all operations and good maneuverability are the main advantages of the design of these forklifts, making them ideal for use in tight spaces. Despite the compact size, these forklifts have an ergonomic design with guaranteed adequate legroom and optimum operator comfort.
There are 3 models with different load capacities available:
Key features of the new forklifts include dual drive with 4.5 kW motors for increased productivity, maintenance-free 51.2 V, 300 Ah lithium battery (LFP) and 150 A charger (380 V).
