stow Group, a global player in designing, manufacturing and implementing advanced storage solutions and automated warehouse systems, announces the introduction of their new brand 'Movu Robotics'. They are also opening a new headquarters, including Experience Centre. Both initiatives are being realized to strengthen the Robotics business unit and meet growing customer demand for warehouse automation and robotics solutions. From September 19, 2023, the new brand "Movu Robotics" will replace the name "stow Robotics. The realization of the robotics unit and the new headquarters were supported by Blackstone, the main shareholder of stow Group.

Movu Robotics is an innovative brand in the field of warehouse automation. Its ambition is to provide simple logistics automation solutions to warehouses around the world. Movu Robotics' new headquarters, located in Lokeren, offers an integrated space of 5,000 m² for office facilities and 10,000 m² for logistics and production activities, all under one roof. In addition, it features a state-of-the-art demonstration facility, one of the largest in Europe. There, the latest technologies will be presented live to customers and partners.

By the end of this year, Movu Robotics will employ more than 300 people in both Europe and the United States. The Robotics division will operate worldwide and still expects orders worth more than 300 million euros by 2023.

More efficient warehouses

Movu Robotics offers a comprehensive portfolio of automated technologies to make warehouses more efficient. This range includes:

• 'Movu Atlas': pallet shuttle, for multiple deep storage;
• 'Movu iFollow': AMR solution, for joint collection or transport of pallets;
• 'Movu Escala': digitized 3D storage and fulfillment system;
• 'Movu Eligo': integrated order picking robot arm.

All Movu systems are managed and controlled using the company's proprietary warehouse execution software (WES).

Meeting challenges through automation
