CONSAFE LOGISTICS ACKNOWLEDGES Solid WMS TO EXPAND WMS OFFERING 

Consafe Logistics, a leading software company specializing in innovative warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse execution systems (WES) and warehouse control systems (WCS), today announced the strategic acquisition of Solid WMS, a Dutch provider of SaaS-based WMS solutions based in Breda, the Netherlands.

This acquisition underscores Consafe Logistics' ambition to serve a wider range of warehouses and distribution centers, including smaller high-throughput warehouses. These customers need ease of use, speed and added value, without the advanced functionality and expanded capabilities that Astro WMS® offers for more complex operations.

Founded by three experts in logistics and technology, Solid WMS has quickly evolved into an innovative startup focused on modern, native SaaS-based WMS solutions. Solid WMS is particularly suited for manual warehouses with 5 to 30 users in the third-party logistics (3PL), retail and e-commerce sectors.
