Global Account Support

To further support our growth, we are looking for a Global Account Support to play a key role in supporting our international customers.

Your role
As Global Account Support, you are the liaison between our international customers, sales and internal organization.
You will ensure that everything runs perfectly behind the scenes so that our Global Account Manager can focus on building strategic relationships.

Your responsibilities

• Support Global Account Manager in his daily operation
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• First point of contact for global customers for operational questions
• Monitor correct data and follow-up in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP
• Close collaboration with:
  • Sales
  • Customer Support
  • Logistics and assembly
• Proactive thinking in optimization of processes and customer experience

Your profile

• You work in a structured and precise manner
• You have a strong administrative and commercial feel
• You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented
• You speak fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• You can work independently but are also a real team player
• You are stress resistant and keep an overview in a dynamic environment
• Technical affinity is important - a technical background (e.g. drafting, engineering, CAD) is a strong plus
• Experience in an international context is a plus
