Organi and Softpak present again at trade fair Transport & Logistics 2025 in Antwerp

Between October 14 and 16, 2025, Antwerp Expo will once again be the meeting point for thousands of professionals shaping the future of supply chain and transportation. Organi and Softpak will also be present as exhibitors at the Transport & Logistics trade fair. On stand 4003 both companies will join forces to show visitors how integrated IT solutions make logistics processes smarter, faster and future-proof.

Organi and Softpak are no strangers to the industry. Both companies, founded in 1977, grew into established values in their home market. In Flanders, Organi has been a permanent partner for software and IT services for decades, with a strong footprint in logistics and customs, among others. From the Netherlands, Softpak serves an international customer base, mainly in port-related logistics such as logistics service providers, customs declarants, container terminals and depots, forwarders and shipping companies.

Since 2022, the two have been part of the same group but maintain their own identities and teams. Kristof Poulain (Organi) and Aniel Badri (Softpak) emphasize that the collaboration is all about strengthening. "Continuity for customers and employees is paramount," says Badri. "But we can now offer new solutions faster, by combining the expertise and technology of both companies."

Together, the group has nearly 150 employees, more than 500 customers and over 9,000 users, making it the largest autonomous IT player for logistics in the Benelux.

From manufacturer to end customer, Organi and Softpak are strong in their joint modular software approach, from ERP to container management.

From ERP to mobile apps: flexible and scalable

Organi/Softpak's strength lies in their modular software approach. A powerful aspect in this is the ability to grow with the customer. The platform provides a flexible and scalable environment in which both services and the number of users can be easily expanded. Systems and solutions can be added as modules.

That flexibility means that both smaller forwarders and large multinationals use it to streamline their processes. For example, Organi provides OLS, a total solution for logistics and customs that seamlessly links operational and financial processes. Softpak adds complementary modules for container terminals, container depots, shipping companies and agencies.

In addition, both parties are investing in web portals, mobile apps, planning tools, AI applications and BI dashboards and reporting. "Data and connectivity are becoming increasingly important," says Poulain. "We ensure that companies not only automate their processes, but also gain insights to make faster and better decisions."

Human approach as an asset

Technology may be at the core, but the human approach makes all the difference, according to Poulain. "Our slogan is actually 'H2H: human to human.' We don't deliver anonymous software, but build lasting customer and partner relationships. That means direct lines of communication, native language support (Flemish and Dutch) and a long-term vision."

That approach is paying off: nine customers have continued to work with Organi since its early years in the late 1970s. Teams at both Organi and Softpak have remarkably high seniority and low turnover rates, contributing to knowledge accumulation and reliability.

Focus on the future

During Transport & Logistics 2025, Organi and Softpak not only want to show their current software, but especially to demonstrate the direction the market is taking. Think smart integrations with port community systems such as Portbase and NxtPort, real-time tracking and digital document flows. Artificial intelligence for process optimization and predictive analytics are also on the radar.

Visitors can visit the booth for live demos, case studies and consultations. "We want visitors to return to the office with concrete ideas for making their own processes more efficient," Badri said. "Whether that's about automating customs formalities, optimizing terminal scheduling or improving customer communication through portals and apps.
