Essensium, a leading player in high-tech for intralogistics, is exhibiting for the first time at the LogiMAT trade fair, which will take place in Stuttgart from March 11 to 13, 2025. At this fair, the company will present its latest innovations, including PalletTrack™ - a pioneering solution for pallet tracking via the real-time location of forklifts.
PalletTrack™ is an advanced RTLS-based system that optimizes the entire pallet flow. Thanks to AI-driven camera technology and the Essensium Positioning System (EPS), the location of pallets is tracked in real time. This increases productivity by eliminating lost pallets and making the scanning process more efficient.
In addition to PalletTrack™, Essensium is also showing SafeTrack™, a collision prevention solution that significantly improves safety in warehouses and industrial environments. By continuously monitoring vehicles and pedestrians - even in blind spots - SafeTrack™ minimizes the risk of collisions.
"Our participation in LogiMAT 2025 is an important step in our growth in the German and international markets," said Boris Berghmans, Vice President of Sales at Essensium.
"Essensium specializes in real-time location tracking and has developed a proprietary platform that enables various applications. We started with safety systems such as SafeTrack™ to prevent collisions in warehouses, and are now expanding our offering with PalletTrack™, which accurately tracks pallets based on 3D data. Our system automatically validates the correct pick and drop locations, making lost or misplaced pallets a thing of the past. Moreover, we drastically reduce the number of scans. Thanks to this digital twin technology, we realize an exceptional ROI and a more efficient flow of goods."
The German market plays an important role in Essensium's growth. "We already have four projects running here and serve sectors such as pharma, food, automotive and 3PL. Our participation in LogiMAT 2025 further increases our visibility," Berghmans said. "Moreover, we focus on hybrid intralogistics, determining the exact location of manned forklifts as well as AVGs and AMRs, which takes safety and efficiency at our customers to the next level."
