Starting with a risk analysis from the legal framework
A-SAFE strives for a long-term and solid relationship with its customers when choosing the right plastic collision protection. "Our expertise lies not only in offering physical barriers, but also in providing in-depth advice based on thorough theoretical knowledge and within the legal framework."
That advice starts with the preparation of an internal traffic plan, integrated with a risk analysis. "To advise our customers in a powerful and well-founded way, I obtained the level 2 prevention advisor certificate. This is undoubtedly a great added value that we can offer," said Dries Aneca, new business manager and key account manager at A-SAFE. "I follow closely the big companies in our country and Luxembourg, but my colleagues in the sales team know they can always turn to me for feedback if they get stuck with the content of prevention. If necessary, I go on site myself."
"Fortunately, that doesn't happen very often because they have all received training. So they have sufficient knowledge to identify all aspects in the workplace. Our experience with various situations in different sectors enables us to always offer the best approach. Our customer portfolio is very diverse, ranging from business parks over retailers to the largest logistics players. As soon as there is a mobile work equipment, we can help them, both for indoor and outdoor applications."
"If we are not able to offer the right security from our range, we refer. In collaboration with the customer, we solve security issues and integrate them seamlessly into the workplace. That's our mission.
By placing strong emphasis on the substantive aspect of prevention, we differentiate ourselves from domestic and foreign competitors who are often overly focused on sales," Dries concludes.
