That ACDE Netherlands has been a household name in the professional world of demolition and recycling for decades is quite understandable, after all, "Service to you as a customer is always first and foremost, after all, you or your staff have to work with the products we sell, repair and rent."
Besides optimal customer service, the company with branches in Duiven and Lisserbroek has another strong point: the sale, rental and repair of products from several top brands, in addition to its own ACDE Nederland line of grapples. Think of the demolition hammers and shears from the Japanese company Furukawa, the well-known line of demolition hammers from the Finnish company Rammer; the fixed-mounted vibratory hammers from the also Finnish company Kenguru and the free-hanging vibratory hammers from EMS. Then there are demolition shears (Darda), concrete crushers (FRD), cutters (Antraquip), all kinds of hand tools and, of course, used machines to admire on the updated website.
In addition to equipment rental, the latter is increasingly becoming a webshop (see text box). For spare parts, ACDE Netherlands is something of a Valhalla, as they are available for some twenty brands. Which brings us to another important piece of customer service. "With one phone call, we make sure everything is done to get you or your staff back up and running as smoothly as possible: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If hurry is required and a rental machine cannot provide an option, depending on the supply of parts, we will work just as long until the machine is up and running again."
It's quite a claim: "There is a Rammer hydraulic hammer for virtually any breaking application." The Finnish manufacturer has been living up to that claim for many years. Rammer's demolition hammers are strong, durable and deliver maximum production. Exactly what we want. At ACDE Netherlands we find them from the small 90 kg Rammer 155E which is intended for mini excavators between 800 and 1,800 kg to the more than 7 ton Rammer 9033E for demolition machines from 65 to 120 tons.
Another interesting brand is EMS. The EMS Group produces about six product lines for foundation companies. ACDE Netherlands has nine free-hanging vibratory blocks in its range, from the 160-kg ESF03B for compact excavators to the 2,350-kg ESF12B for 45- to 50-ton demolition machines. This powerhouse can drive steel sheet piles and steel tubes up to 12 meters deep in hard, dense clay soil formations with its striking force of 200 tons. In addition, ACDE also supplies EMS power packs and Sidegrip blocks.

New as well as existing customers are increasingly coming to the updated website www.acdebv.nl. This is because all daily and weekly rental prices are listed there, and those who arrange a login can even see personalized prices. All items can be ordered online, simply by entering the item number or part thereof in the search window or by searching on the description. A deliberate choice was made for a simple structure with lots of information, such as digital parts drawings of (now almost) every product sold by ACDE Netherlands, including part numbers and prices, as well as downloadable PDFs with part drawings, hole patterns, CE declarations and various manuals.
