Every Volvo Trucks dealer in the Netherlands now has a Volvo FH- and Volvo FM-demo. The trucks can be booked through the dealer for a test drive.
The introduction of the new Volvo Trucks range went differently than planned. The trucks were introduced in the spring of 2020 with A viral film The Tower introduced. For this spectacular film, all the new models - Volvo FH, Volvo FH16, Volvo FM and Volvo FMX - were stacked on top of each other to show the power of the trucks. "At the end of the summer we were already able to give a limited number of transport company decision-makers a first impression of our new truck range. Fortunately, despite all measures, this was possible at that time. But the number of guests was limited: far from everyone was able to experience our new pride. However, now the new models can be seen at the dealer: close to the customer and Corona-proof," continues Roeland Ruygt.
Even before the start of production, interest in the new models was high. "In the Netherlands the interest in our new models is enormous. Although it was not previously possible to really put the new model through its paces, many carriers have already placed orders," explains Roeland Ruygt.
"Based on all those orders, we can say that the new model was a sales success right from the start. We now also hope to win over those who are still in doubt with a test drive," concludes Roeland Ruygt.
Volvo Trucks' new range was introduced in 2020. The new models - the Volvo FH, Volvo FH16, Volvo FM and Volvo FMX - have been developed to enable drivers to perform their tasks even more effectively, safely and sustainably.
