From October 14 to 16, 2025, Antwerp Expo will once again be the beating heart of the transport and logistics sector. With the arrival of AntwerpXL and Logistic & Industrial Build under the same roof as Transport & Logistics, the fifteenth edition of this trade fair promises to be bigger, more inspiring and innovative than ever before.
What once started as a platform around transport modes, intralogistics, warehousing and supply chain software, has grown into an integrated trade event that brings together three strongly linked sectors. "We are bringing Transport & Logistics, Logistic & Industrial Build and AntwerpXL together for the first time at Antwerp Expo," says Nadine Francus, Group Event Director at Easyfairs. "With this combination we are creating the largest logistics and maritime trade event in the Benelux, where professionals from the entire chain can meet."
For visitors, this means an unprecedented opportunity to explore new markets, forge partnerships and discover innovative solutions under one roof. Exhibitors are convinced as well: with a seventy percent retention rate and around one hundred new exhibitors, the fairs are almost fully booked.
The core Transport & Logistics exhibition remains true to its broad format, with conferences and demonstrations on digitalization, supply chain optimization, automation and multimodality, among other topics. The program - available at transport-logistics.be - offers inspiring keynotes, interactive panel discussions and showcases of the latest technologies.
Nadine Francus lists some keynotes not to be missed: "During the first event day, real estate specialist Patrick Luysterman moderates exciting workshops on the market and future of commercial and logistics real estate in a volatile economic and geopolitical context. On the second event day, we offer Alex Van Breedam (TRI-VIZOR) a platform to address a current logistics topic. The opportunities and challenges of drone technology in the logistics sector will also be discussed. And of course the topic of cybersecurity - presented by Secutec - cannot be missed."
"As usual, we once again welcome regulars bpost, ING, Proximus, Kuehne + Nagel and the combi Montea/VIL who will each present a practice-oriented topic. Already our apologies for the choice stress when putting together your event program (laughs)!"
2025 is a special year for Transport & Logistics. The fair in Antwerp has been the reference for the sector for over forty years and continues to grow in relevance, content and reach every year. Nadine Francus: "Together with more than 300 exhibitors and partners, we will welcome more than 15,000 professional visitors to this special festive edition. The Trends Gazellen Awards, followed by the gala dinner organized by Transportmedia, the Maritime Pint and the exclusive networking moments organized by Port of Antwerp-Bruges and exhibitors, enhance the party feeling."
Since 2022, Logistic & Industrial Build has been a separate pillar within the trade fair offerings, with a strong focus on logistics real estate, warehouse infrastructure and sustainable building solutions. "With this fair, we are responding to the growing need for quality, future-proof storage and distribution spaces," Francus said. "On logistic-industrial-build.be you will discover the full conference program, including sessions around energy transition, circularity and innovative building methods."
The main novelty this year is the addition of AntwerpXL, the trade show for the breakbulk supply chain. This sector - accounting for project cargo, RoRo, heavy elevator and general cargo - fits in perfectly with the broader logistics story. "By integrating AntwerpXL, we create a win-win-win situation," states Francus. "We connect our network with maritime experts, and they get access to a new, diverse audience."
The breakbulk community - representing some 3,800 professionals - responds enthusiastically. Nadine Francus: "Our hall remains the heart of the breakbulk industry in Antwerp. But this collaboration offers enormous added value in terms of networking opportunities." You can find more about the program at antwerpxl.com.
Port of Antwerp-Bruges, one of the strategic fair partners and sponsor of the event, is also enthusiastic. "The synergy between the three fairs transcends sector boundaries," said Annick Dekeyser, Marketing Advisor. "Professionals can enter into unique collaborations here that might never have arisen otherwise."
The conclusion is clear: anyone active in logistics, transport, real estate or maritime cargo should not miss Transport & Logistics 2025. Three days, three exhibitions and endless networking opportunities.
