Manhattan appoints Sébastien Lefebure as leader for EMEA

Manhattan Associates, a global leader in supply chain commerce with unique AI capabilities, announces the appointment of Sébastien Lefebure as senior vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is effective March 31, following the resignation of Henri Seroux. 

With more than 20 years of experience at Manhattan, Lefebure brings deep expertise in services, sales and large-scale digital transformation projects at some of the company's most renowned global clients. This appointment brings both continuity and a new perspective that will contribute to the region's next phase of growth.

Henri Seroux leaves Manhattan after establishing the company's presence in France in 2001 and becoming senior vice president EMEA in 2015. Over the ensuing decade, Manhattan's EMEA revenue has grown by an average of 12% per year, from $65 million in 2016 to $215 million in 2025, while operating income has also increased by 14% year-on-year.

On Seroux's resignation, Lefebure said, “Throughout his career at Manhattan, Henri's passion for collaboration and community spirit has always been evident. Under his leadership, Manhattan has grown into a leading provider of supply chain and omnichannel commerce technology in the EMEA region. Henri leaves behind a team and a legacy that includes a portfolio of national, regional and global brands, from Scandinavia to South Africa.
