Kobelco Semi Long Reach hybride graafmachine voor Markusse

De firma Markusse uit ‘s-Heer Abtskerke (Zeeland) heeft een Kobelco SK210HLC-10 Semi Long Reach hybride graafmachine in ontvangst genomen. Deze compleet uitgeruste hybride rupsgraafmachine, met een bereik van 11 meter, vervangt een Volvo EC220D uit 2013 met 11.000 uur op de teller. Dit is alweer de vierde Kobelco voor Markusse!

A unique feature of the hybrid Kobelco is that the energy for propulsion is not generated solely by the swing engine. The 25kW generator motor charges the battery pack continuously. Due to the flywheel effect, this takes very little energy and the battery is charged even when idling. The swing motor of the hybrid is fully electric and at every digging cycle the electric motor supports the conventional fuel engine. This allows the same work to be done at lower rpm. The Kobelco SK210HLC-10 with large battery pack with lithium-ion technology is one of the most successful hybrid machines in its class.

Naast het verlengen van de giek en lepelsteel, is deze hybride machine voorzien van een dom onder de monoboom, kruisbediening ter bevordering van de verlenggiek en is het contragewicht verzwaard met 2 ton. Verder is de Semi Long Reach voor Markusse door de professionals van de Kemp Groep voorzien van onder andere een hydraulische snelwissel, lekolie leiding, BMWT startonderbreker, Carkit, 27MC en FreshFilter overdruksysteem.
