With this move, we offer our customers an even more complete range of machines.
Gijs van Heertum (director of HCM NL) : 'With the dealership of the South African brand Bell, HCM NL can think even more in customer solutions. With this nice addition a suitable total solution is offered to our (potential) customers, with both sales, rental and also service solutions for this type of machines.'
HCM NL represents not only Hitachi excavators and wheel loaders, of course, but also (Sumitomo) SCX lifting cranes. Adding Bell cutter dumpers to the range will provide even more complete solutions for (potential) HCM NL customers.
Customers can visit HCM NL's Oosterhout headquarters and Hoogeveen service facility for all Bell models, with payloads from 18 to 55 tons, starting Oct. 1, 2020.
Aftersales is very important to us. By strengthening our relationship with customers and suppliers, we want to play an even greater role in supporting our customers. The addition of Bell to the range therefore provides us with additional opportunities here.
At the signing of the dealer contract, Andreas Heinrich, general manager of Bell Deutschland, also pointed to the cooperation with Hitachi sales organizations in other European countries. 'Hitachi complements the range with a full range of wheel loaders and hydraulic excavators for heavy earthwork. As a dealer and service partner, Hitachi has more than 50 years of experience. This is one reason why this partnership has been chosen. Hitachi Nederland will receive support from Bell in qualifying their product specialists in both sales and customer service. 'We also provide intensive training to the service technicians,' Heinrich said.
