Clients not only increasingly demand emission-free work, but also increasingly prescribe biodegradable lubricants for equipment. Duport Lubricare from Dedemsvaart can meet these demands effortlessly with the Swiss brand Motorex. With more than 30 years of experience in biodegradable lubricants, they have all the knowledge and expertise.
Companies active in offshore or earthmoving in vulnerable natural areas have known how to find Duport Lubricare for some time, says account manager Michael Anslijn. "But also other clients increasingly demand that companies work as sustainably and circularly as possible. With lubricating oil from the Swiss company Motorex, this is possible. This is even 100% PFAS-free and thus contains no lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chronmium, polybrominated biphenyls or polybrominated diphenyl ethers. The proof is available for download on our website."
Motorex lube oil is also reusable because lubricants made from saturated esters are very easy to clean. This means that the oil can be used up to five times longer than regular lubricants. Anslijn: "So fewer costs due to downtime and a much lower environmental impact."
For companies concerned about the warranty on their machines if they switch to another type of oil, Anslijn has good news: "Switching from another brand of biodegradable oil can be risk-free. After checking the oil, Motorex issues a declaration of miscibility with the current oil in the system and they then take over the warranty in black and white. To do this, we come by to sample the oil free of charge. We then send the oil to Switzerland and there it is checked for miscibility." It is also possible to switch from mineral oil to biodegradable. We are experts in this om-oil process and are happy to come by to inform the customer about the possibilities.
Duport Lubricare is also an importer of CARDEV filter systems. These are high quality filter systems in a large assortment. Anslijn: "When we come to sample, the advice may also be to filter the oil first to extend its life instead of replacing it immediately. This is more sustainable."
