Fast and budget-friendly construction thanks to vertical integration

From producing and installing the foundation of a building to laying the roof: Willy Naessens Industriebouw does it all itself. The big advantage of that? They deliver each building quickly and at a fair price. "Thanks to this vertical integration, our customers can stay focused on their core business throughout the construction phase," says Luc Ysebaert, commercial director at Willy Naessens Group.

From production halls and distribution centers over storage areas and garages to retail spaces and office buildings: whatever you want to build, Willy Naessens Industriebouw will realize it for you. Thanks to, among other things, eleven factories, its own aluminum joinery and transport company, the contractor also keeps your building project entirely under its own management. Subcontractors have little to no involvement. "Once the building plans come off the architect's design table, we take care of everything," confirms Luc Ysebaert.

All in-house

"We perform all earthworks. Our engineering office takes on all possible calculations and analyses around stability and techniques. In our factories, we produce all the concrete elements needed for the foundations and structural work. We transport everything to the site with our trucks and place and assemble all concrete precast elements ourselves. With our aluminum joinery shop we make and install all windows, doors and curtain walls and our roofers lay fully insulated flat roofs. Our own people also install the techniques and completely finish the building inside."
