Earthmoving in swampy substrates

Van der Bruggen Grondverzet is based in Den Dungen, Brabant. When there was work in the IJsseldelta, Albert van der Bruggen, director/owner of Van der Bruggen Grondverzet, deployed partly his own employees and partly employees from the nearby IJsseldelta area. 

The VOLVO dump trucks ensured that the transports went as smoothly as possible on the often poor subsoil of clay and peat. On really bad transport tracks, large steel driving plates were used under the direction of Boskalis. This saved both speed and fuel consumption. Moreover, the work could then continue under all weather conditions. Meanwhile, the work for Van Bruggen Grondverzet has been finished for some time now and they are already working on other locations with large-scale earthmoving.

In addition to dumpers, Van der Bruggen Grondverzet has excavators, loaders, bulldozers and rollers. Most machines meet the latest environmental requirements and are suitable for the use of HVO fuel. A new Cat D6XE bulldozer is on order. With this, Van der Bruggen Grondverzet has everything it needs to perform any kind of earthmoving operation with the corresponding professionals.
