Five years ago, Nele Roels found a suitable location for her training center in a former fat rendering plant in Bavegem. From this location, Truckador now fully meets the needs of the logistics sector. It combines accredited training courses with practical advice, with one clear goal: to make transport and warehouse management processes safer and more efficient. “Commitment is at the heart of our company,” says Roels. “We don't want knowledge to remain in books, but to be immediately applicable in the workplace.”

The name Truckador was not chosen at random. Truck stands for transport and logistics, while Ador means to love. “That perfectly sums up what we stand for: breathing logistics, with a love for the profession and respect for the people who make it happen every day.”
Truckador started out as a center for mandatory refresher training for truck drivers, but today it is a fully-fledged knowledge partner for the entire logistics chain. Its offering includes training courses for drivers, warehouse staff, planners, and managers. “Of course, we provide traditional driving and safety training, but we also offer technical training courses such as forklift and aerial work platform training, and even modules on supply chain management. We also have the necessary accreditations for first aid and ADR courses.”
The training courses take place in modern centers throughout Flanders or directly at the customer's premises. Next year, Truckador will expand its activities to Wallonia. “What sets us apart is the way we make theory tangible. No dry courses, but learning moments that smell of diesel and are based on real craftsmanship.”

The logistics sector is changing rapidly. Truckador responds to this with digital learning methods. Students can prepare themselves wherever and whenever it suits them via the company's own e-learning platform. “This flexibility is essential for many companies. Our online learning environment combines freedom with depth. They learn the theory digitally, so that we can practice, adjust, and refine during the practical days.”
The platform automatically records participation, progress, and results. “This gives companies insight into their training policy and allows them to invest in skills that really make a difference.”

In addition to training courses, Truckador also offers customized advice. Each process starts with a quick scan of the organization, followed by concrete proposals for improving processes.
A digital customer portal centralizes all training and personnel data. “We use it to automatically track driver's licenses, certificates, and expiration dates,” explains Evelyne Ameel, contact person for instructors and customers. “Companies receive a notification as soon as an expiry date approaches or a planned training course is coming up. This keeps everything clear and prevents administrative errors.”
Truckador works with a network of thirty experienced freelancers, specialists with solid field experience. “Our instructors are active in the field every day and bring that reality directly into the classroom. That makes our training courses particularly relevant.”
According to Nele Roels, the future lies in further professionalization, digitization, and knowledge sharing. “Truckador wants to be the reference point for logistics training and advice in Belgium. A single point of contact for companies that want to invest in safety, strong teams, and growth.”
