The entire site of Waalwijk HELI amounts to 3579 m², of which 7,376 m² of commercial real estate is intended for craft and semi-industrial SMEs. Two commercial buildings contain a total of twenty units ranging in area from 163 m² to 226 m² and can be flexibly arranged according to the company's needs.It is possible to subdivide a unit into two floors with a production hall, showroom, workshop or storage space (ground floor) combined with possibly office space (floor).
