Brothers Hans, Sven and Jan Noyens convert years of experience and knowledge in the field of manufacturing trailers, semi-trailers and bodywork into the best possible solutions for their customers.
"Our highly diverse range of transportation equipment, from trailers, cargo boxes, semi-trailers and truck bodies, has two things in common," says Hans Noyens. "Customization and solidity." Each product is a unique custom project made from design to completion at A&C Noyens. "This allows us to respond fully and flexibly to our customers' needs. By asking further and inquiring what the application is for the client, we can provide optimally tailored custom advice." In this way, the customer actually gets a trailer that suits the company and its operations. The slogan of A&C Noyens "When solidity is important!" refers to the pursuit of perfection for development, application and finishing of the products.
Especially in the GWW and other construction sectors, things have to be able to withstand rough handling. "We therefore do not seek the extremely cheap, do not go for mass production, but stand for solid, robust products that meet specific requirements and do not need to be replaced after only a few years." Noyens continues: "For example, all our products are hot-dip galvanized and meet the latest guidelines. All trailers have European approval." A&C Noyens has completely in-house production: from laser cutting to folding and welding, from a pack of steel plates, through chassis construction to a fully finished end product.
Noyens says the demand for specials is increasing. "In that, we try to think multifunctionally so that the product can be used more versatile." As an example, he mentions the tilting trailer. This can be used to transport both machines and materials, as well as containers. The customer can go in any direction with it. "It's a perfect solution for companies that do various jobs and don't want to keep changing vehicles within that."
Noyens notices a high demand for container trailers. Especially in Belgium, but the Netherlands is following. "Especially for the GWW and construction sector, we make special three-axle and mid-axle trailers on which excavators are transported. These are equipped with a completely flat floor and a pedestrian axle, or have a gooseneck with steered axles for machines and higher elements, so that they still remain within a total height of 4 meters. So we offer a suitable solution for every application," Noyens concludes.
