GEBHARDT Intralogistics is one of the leading European specialists in intralogistics systems. What began almost 75 years ago as a German family business in Sinsheim is today an international company with its own branches in more than ten countries. From conveyor systems to complete intralogistics projects

GEBHARDT develops, produces and implements complete intralogistics projects: conveyor systems, elevators, storage and order picking solutions, shuttle systems and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs). In doing so, mechanics, control technology and software are developed entirely in-house. This integrated approach enables each system to be optimally tailored to the customer's processes - efficient, reliable, scalable and future-proof. Our main focus is to deliver added value and to grow with the needs of our customers.

With in-house developed solutions such as StoreBiter® shuttles, ConVer® freight elevators and Karis® AMRs we support our customers to make logistics processes smarter and more flexible. Specifically for manufacturing companies, GEBHARDT has developed a new storage and transport system: GEBHARDT Versastore®

Versastore® is a high-density storage system for manufacturing plants. The storage system is designed to store basic materials, semi-finished or finished products close to production cells and to improve material supply to these workstations. Instead of fixed storage heights of traditional storage systems, the storage system automatically adjusts to the height of each load, making the best use of available space. The Versastore® robots transport products from the storage system via a grid directly to production or assembly cells. This integration creates a compact and highly efficient system for storing and distributing base materials, semi-finished or finished products.

With the in-house developed and modular CUSTOMIZED StoreWare® software, systems are intelligently controlled and integrated into superordinate IT systems.
