EuroSort Systems

Logistics is all about speed and precision, and that's exactly what EuroSort excels at. We help companies in fashion, mail, e-commerce, 3PL, books and pharmaceuticals, among others, optimize their distribution and logistics with automated sorting systems. Our solutions sort up to 40,000 items per hour, 24/7, depending on the type of sorter and the products.

Since 2001, we have grown into an international player with sorting systems in more than 40 countries. From successful scale-ups to distribution centers of major brands: wherever speed and precision are crucial, EuroSort makes the difference.
Our head office with its own production, R&D, sales and marketing is located in ’s-Graveland, and our ICT department in Geldermalsen. We also have offices in Madrid (Spain) and Baltimore (USA). With more than 200 employees, we work daily on innovative solutions that transform your logistics.

All systems are -robot infeed ready- and designed based on high output on small footprint. It is precisely the relatively limited brownstone space in the Netherlands that often drives innovative ideas for us. Thanks to thoughtful simplicity (smart design) and high quality materials, there is a low maintenance and energy requirement. This in turn contributes to an interesting Total Cost of Ownership.

LogiMAT 2026

At LogiMAT 2026, we will present the E-Sort: a compact, modular and highly efficient sorting concept specially developed for e-commerce and omnichannel warehouses.
Unique to the E-Sort is the SmartWall system, which allows multiple exits (up to 14) to be placed under each tray. This provides unprecedented capacity on a minimal footprint, up to 100 exits on just 5 meters. The E-Sort is flexibly scalable, suitable for batch picking and effortlessly combines with existing flows such as store replenishment and return flows. Logistics flows

Our systems sort inbound, outbound and return flows on a single machine. We process all packaging, from polybags to boxes and envelopes, up to a weight of approx. 13 kg. Even articles that can roll (round, cylindrical, egg-shaped) remain in place without problems.
