Specialism in underwater works

Qceas is a young growing company founded in 2011 by Marco Dienaar. With more than 25 years of experience in the maritime and civil diving industry, it was time to set up a company specializing in supervising and executing projects in the maritime and civil sectors, especially focusing on underwater works.

Qceas operates in an innovative manner. It focuses on an integrated approach, always looking for effective and cost-saving solutions for both large and small projects. The company has 17 employees and is ISO 9001 and VCA ** certified. Together they dedicate themselves every day to bring projects on inland waterways and at sea to a higher level. Qceas' personnel have been employed by the leading companies and specialize in maritime work such as salvage and civil work such as pouring underwater concrete. Not only does Qceas' staff carry out the projects with great knowledge and expertise, the organization can also be hired as an independent consultant for underwater inspections for municipalities or other public institutions, for example. The activities of Qceas include the construction of underwater building pits for bridge piers, tunnels and parking garages, the application of underwater concrete, the anchoring/foundation of floating or submerged objects, the sinking of caissons and the installation of bridges and lock gates. Surely one of the highlights of our project portfolio in recent years is the Watermolenbeek project in Roosendaal, where we placed a temporary flood barrier on two sides 200m long. We also successfully salvaged a sunken fishing boat in Poland that was lying at a depth of 63 meters.

Qceas is pleased to inform you of new developments within the company through this way. From 1 January 2020, the activities of SDS Holland, founded by Perry Kosterman, will also be operational within Qceas BV. SDS Holland has an impressive history with regard to the detection of unexploded ordnance (NGE/OCE), maintenance work for zoos and swimming pools, underwater construction and repair work, extensive underwater diving inspections using digital media and the processing of epoxy and cement-bound mixtures.
