"You ask, we turn. Or rather, you want to 'turn' soon and for that we build a suitable compact foundation machine and/or fully automatic IGP grout mixing and pumping unit," is how INPIEQ director Frank van Deursen articulates the choice to be primarily a customer-oriented total supplier for compact foundation equipment.
INPIEQ is a specialist in smaller foundation machines and related equipment. With its in-house developed and custom built foundation machines, the company responds to the ever growing need for flexible machines. These often need to be smaller in size - preferably without a broker - in order to provide optimal performance at specific locations both inside and outside. For INPIEQ, therein lies the challenge. They have had the basic techniques in house for several years and that has led to three developments that make the company from Steenbergen a total supplier or one-stop shop.
First development was a powerful and flexible foundation machine with a maximum drilling torque of up to 200 kNm. Meanwhile, even a stronger variant with 450 kNm torque is in the works! Both the smallest IFD1.5 (max drilling torque 15 kNm) and the IFD20 are custom-built to make full displacement screw injection piles when space and height are limited. They excel in their compact construction, with a current Stage V motor or electric drive and electric-hydraulic control. Essential are the demountable ballast, outriggers and drill box. "These reduce the transport weight and dimensions to such an extent that the 'bare' machine can be moved easily and quickly," Frank van Deursen is happy to explain.
Other important development on all machines developed by INPIEQ: the DLS Registration System. This accurately records all data of the pile made and sends that information to a computer and/or cell phone. In this way, it is possible to see in real time whether everything is working properly and to demonstrate to the client that the foundation pile meets the bearing capacity requirements.
Third development is the compact, fully automatic IGP grout mixing and pumping unit. With its developed plunger pump, it delivers a constant flow, achieving maximum pump flow completely peak pressure-free. This stable flow enables optimum production to be achieved on the job.
