There is plenty of room for innovations during the event.

The event at the Amsterdam RAI is already the 28th edition, but according to Rebecca Slater of CloserStill Media, better than ever. The reason: based on advice from an industry expert, the organizer has adjusted the conference and program content. This program is packed with content that visitors want to see. "You can ask visitors for feedback, but what we've done is take that feedback more seriously than ever. That's the only way you can really add value." What hasn't changed is that the event is designed to show visitors the full spectrum of innovations in parcel and mail processing and delivery.

'Register and join the Parcel Industry Innovation HUB'

In setting up the Parcel+Post Expo, two target groups were chosen: registering and paying. Naturally, the opportunities are more extensive for paying visitors, these will have access to both the expo and the conference. That said, anyone who registers can participate in a rich program. "I would really say: join the Parcel Industry Innovation HUB! We expect a total of more than four thousand visitors from over ninety countries. There will also be 220 suppliers present from a variety of solutions." Ample attention will be paid to AI, robotics, autonomous driving vehicles (AGVs), electric vehicles, sustainable logistics and digital transformation. In addition, issues such as intelligence software and automation will be covered extensively, as well as future-proof infrastructure. E-commerce, deliveries and connected supply chains are in the spotlight.

AI Parcel Lab

One of the eye-catching workshops within the AI Parcel Lab is by Mattia Crespi, ceo of Qbit Technologies. Crespi will discuss the future of smart automation using GenAI, Agentic AI and autonomous systems. The workshop is divided into two parts. Crespi will start with an introduction on the current capabilities of AI, practical applications and challenges ahead, such as infrastructure and ethics. Then the ceo moves into an interactive mode. Here he discusses building various scenarios with AI relevant to the parcel and postal industry. Workshop participants get a clear picture of how to translate the potential of AI into practical and innovative initiatives within their own organizations.

The conference is an excellent time and provides access to a lot of valuable information. Not only is there the chance to network extensively over drinks or snacks, there are also a huge number of topics to choose from. For example, on growth strategies, on strategic adjustments, digital transformation and e-commerce ecosystems. There are also topics on cross-border e-commerce, how to really reach customers, improve delivery experiences and the importance of out-of-home and lockers. Finally, there is a focus on uncovering logistics potential, AI and machine learning, leveraging new technology to improve business and supply chain performance and a look to the future.

Through one-stop-stop to better ideas

The conference is a compilation of highly informative sessions, an ideal opportunity to meet industry peers from many countries and arrive at better ideas through a one-stop shop.
