Your role as Project Planner
As Project Planner, you are the lynchpin in coordinating and following up on projects within Axelent. You ensure that all phases - from planning to delivery - run smoothly and efficiently. You work closely with internal teams as well as customers and suppliers to monitor deadlines and ensure the highest quality standards.

Your duties and responsibilities

✅ Establish and monitor project schedules in cooperation with sales, production and logistics.
✅ Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Identify and resolve schedule bottlenecks and proactively seek improvements.
✅ Monitor progress and ensure clear communication towards customers and colleagues.
✅ Optimize processes and contribute to more efficient working methods.

What we expect from you

✔ Experience in project planning, supply chain or similar position.
✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
✔ Communicative strong, both internally and externally.
✔ Proactive and solution-oriented mindset - you always think one step ahead.
✔ Experience with scheduling software and/or ERP systems is a plus.
✔ Good command of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
