For example, worldwide savings of no less than 639 kilotons of CO₂ realized because 741 million kilometers were not driven. This result is due to ORTEC's mathematical models and algorithms, which allowed companies in the logistics and transportation sector, among others, to optimize their route planning and fleet management.
