Maxxrack is a versatile warehouse storage solution made from high-quality galvanized steel. This movable steel storage frame offers a flexible solution for doubling your storage capacity, ideal for spaces where you cannot or are not allowed to install fixed racks. The frames are designed so that even the most challenging and difficult-to-stack goods can be easily stored.

The Maxxrack frame is the brainchild of Alphons Lourier. The product was developed as an optimal and safe solution for storing hazardous substances in specially constructed bunkers. The floors in these facilities are always slightly convex. Because the walls are also 6 m high as standard and goods are therefore not level, a great deal of pressure is created. The Maxxrack frame was devised to distribute this pressure effectively and provide support for the stored goods. The frame also ensures that no damage can occur to the stored goods and that the load per m² can be much higher than usual. 

The dimensions of the frames are standardized and based on container dimensions in order to offer a universally applicable solution. Depending on the type of product to be stored, various versions of the Maxxrack frames are available, all CE marked and provided with a strength calculation. It is also possible to have Maxxrack manufacture a completely customized frame. The use of our Maxxrack 90% frames increases storage capacity, which also increases the efficiency of your warehouse.

More storage space, only one forklift required

The frame offers an additional capacity of approx. 3,200 kg of goods storage at a height of only 5 m. Only one forklift truck is needed to install our Maxxrack frames for a storage capacity of approx. 20,000 kg within 10 minutes. In addition, the forklift driver does not need to leave the vehicle to remove a rack from the storage area in order to easily place it on a pallet location. 

You can stack goods that are difficult or impossible to stack using other solutions. In these cases, too, you can make optimal use of the available space. Our solution stems from the operational management's desire to make use of the space above goods that were already in storage. 

A new feature is the option of a closed top for the Maxxrack frame, which allows even damaged pallets to be stacked safely. In certain situations, the Maxxrack frame can also be turned upside down, further contributing to safe storage. As mentioned earlier, the Maxxrack frame can be produced in specific sizes on request. The sturdy yet flexible frame is ideal for stacking bagged goods, big bags, IBCs, cans, plastic drums, compressed bales, and incompatible products, among other things. 

Thanks to its ingenious design, the Maxxrack frame can be stacked compactly in sets of 10. This makes transport easy and storage efficient when you are not using the frames.
