Your role as Inhouse Sales
As an Inhouse Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and support the sales team with commercial and administrative tasks. You play a key role in customer contact and contribute to smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Your duties and responsibilities

✅ Advise customers on our products and solutions
✅ Preparation and follow-up of quotations
✅ Maintain customer relationships and proactively respond to their needs
✅ Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support colleagues for optimal service
✅ Contribute to the optimization of internal processes

What we expect from you

✔ You are flexible, creative, a team-player
✔ You are stress resistant and can provide customer-oriented solutions
✔ A technical education is an advantage
✔ Proactive and solution-oriented mindset - you always think one step ahead.
✔ Experience with Autocad.
✔ Good command of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
